User Agreement

1. Acceptance of these terms

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you and PMOS Pal (“PMOS Pal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our mobile applications, website at easepmos.com, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service, and you must have the capacity to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorized to accept this Agreement for them.

3. The Service

PMOS Pal is a general wellness and nutrition-education product. It helps you log foods by portion, estimate calories and nutrients, view an A/B/C/F Food Score, and receive educational insights and practical food-upgrade suggestions oriented toward PCOS/PMOS-friendly eating. Nutrition values are drawn from recognized databases, food labels, recipe data, and AI/rule-based estimation, and are presented as estimates rather than exact measurements.

4. Medical disclaimer — please read carefully

• No diagnosis. PMOS Pal does not diagnose PCOS/PMOS, insulin resistance, diabetes, eating disorders, fertility conditions, or any medical condition.
• No treatment claims. PMOS Pal does not claim that any food, meal plan, or suggestion can cure, treat, reverse, or prevent PCOS/PMOS or any disease.
• No medication guidance. PMOS Pal does not advise you to start, stop, or change any medication or clinical treatment.
• Food grades are comparative educational signals — not medical restrictions or moral judgments.
• Seek professional care. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have diabetes, a history of eating disorders, severe symptoms, or individualized dietary needs, consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian. Always seek professional advice before making significant changes to your diet or health routine, and never disregard or delay it because of something you read in the Service.
• Emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

5. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its security features.
• Access the Service using automated means or scrape data without our permission.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Misrepresent the Service’s output as medical advice to yourself or others.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including food logs, notes, and meal photos (“User Content”). You grant PMOS Pal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to submit it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, Food Score methodology, and logos, is owned by PMOS Pal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-party services & data sources

The Service may reference or rely on third-party data sources and services (for example, USDA FoodData Central, public dietary guidelines, and AI providers). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party materials, and their use may be governed by separate terms.

10. Purchases & subscriptions

Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase and are processed by the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel through your App Store account. Except where required by law or Apple’s policy, payments are non-refundable.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that nutrition estimates, Food Scores, or insights are accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual circumstances, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMOS Pal and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMOS Pal and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or to protect the Service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification — will survive.

15. Governing law & disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable at PMOS Pal’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts located there, unless mandatory local consumer-protection laws provide otherwise. Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

16. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
